Steps to Becoming a CFSC Medium

There are several steps to becoming a CFSC medium. 

 

First, you must take Introduction to Mediumship, a weekend course in which you will explore many modalities of mediumship. 

 

This can be followed by attending the Drop In Circle to further explore your abilities. After participating in the circles, you may be invited into the Beginners Mediumship Circle. This circle will assist you further in developing the connection with spirit and creating confidence in understanding the evidence you bring in.

Next the Mediumship Development Committee (MDC) may invite you to move to the Intermediate Mediumship Circle for further practice and development.

Once again, the MDC will advise you as to when they feel you are ready to move to the Advanced Mediumship Circle, where you will participate for a minimum of 2 years. 

 

Through a process of interviews and observation, the MDC may encourage you to become a Developing Platform Medium serving at the Wednesday All Message Service under the guidance of a Senior Medium for an additional 2 years to hone your platform mediumship with integrity and decorum.

The process is very exacting and in depth. However, it is optional to become a Platform Medium and not for everyone. In the end the process of mediumship development at CFSC is wonderful and transforming through spiritual growth and development for all who participate.
