The Law of Vibration

Our thoughts and emotions send out vibrations into the universe. Every thought or mental state has a corresponding rate and mode of vibration. These vibrations not only affect us, but also impact the people around us. Positive or negative vibrations may resonate in others and create similar vibrations. Being around angry people can cause the anger to spread. On the other hand, a peaceful person will impact a room full of people in a positive way.

     Often the full impact of our behavior on others is not well understood, but we can be a positive force working for the betterment of our organization or community, or we can be a negative force and tear down what is being built. Each person has the power to choose.

     Positive thoughts help us move forward on our journey of spiritual development.

Negative thoughts inhibit our progress or cause us to regress. When we learn to

choose the good, we move toward spiritual goals with measured progress.

Meditation Moment

Breathe... You’ve got time 

Take a slow breath in... and let it gently go.

For just a moment, allow your shoulders to soften. Feel your feet on the floor. Notice the rhythm of your breath. Sometimes that's enough to change the course of your day.

Inspired by our Friday Evening Guided Meditation with Louise Gebhart, who gently leads participants on relaxing visual meditation journeys.

Join us Fridays at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Meditation: $15 (online or at door)

ASHA offers its Certified Spiritual Healer Program for those who wish to develop their healing abilities in a supportive and spiritually focused environment.

Spiritual Healing promotes inner peace and a sense of well-being by treating the whole person. The healer serves as a conduit for healing energy, allowing it to flow naturally to the recipient. As the body and mind relax, healing is encouraged at the spiritual & cellular level.

Tuition: $275 or $250 before Sept 7th
